OBJECTIVE

- Defend yourself from monsters. If your health reaches 0 or you fall into a hole, you lose.

- Victory: complete round 6.

CONTROLS

- Movement: WASD or arrow keys.

- Lantern: hold the left mouse button to use and aim (follows the mouse). Release to turn off.

  - The lantern drains charge while active. When it reaches zero, it turns off and recharges by itself when not in use.

  - While holding the lantern, the character moves slower.

- Select tower: keys 1, 2, 3... (according to your deck) or click the HUD cards.

- Place tower: right mouse button.

- Rotate tower/wall: R key (wall toggles between horizontal/vertical).

- Fill sleep bar: hold E during Preparation.

- Doors: near the door, press F to open/close (some only unlock from round 3).

- Pause: ESC.

GAME FLOW (LOOP)

1) Preparation

   - If the selection popup appears, choose a new tower. While the popup is open, movement and lantern are disabled.

   - Select towers, position the ghost on the grid, and place with right click.

   - Each tower placed increases the sleep bar. When it fills, combat begins.

2) Combat

   - Enemies start spawning. Defend yourself with towers and the lantern.

   - When all enemies are defeated and spawning is finished, the round ends.

3) End of round

   - Back to Preparation and the round increases.

   - On round 6, you win.

GAME OVER

- The game ends if the castle dies or falls into holes. The game over screen appears.

- The Retry button restarts the current level.

ITEMS AND HAZARDS

- Healing item: touch it to recover health.

- Shield: touch it to gain protection from 1 hit.

- Holes: staying on them for a short time makes you fall and die.
